This council is dedicated to new home sales and marketing expertise through educational and motivational programs, seminars, workshops, and recognition of successful members through awards programming.
The 27th Annual Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards Banquet will be held on March 24, 2012. There are three key areas of recognition -- Individual Awards, MAME Awards, and Sales Achievement Awards. Every Award pays a special tribute to sales and marketing excellence and industry professionals. Individual Awards ~ created by the Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) of the Home Builders Association of Charlotte (HBAC). These prestigious awards are given to individuals who have made a significant contribution to residential marketing, sales management, or individual sales during the period of January 1, 2011 - December 31, 2011. These candidates will be interviewed by a Judge's Panel on February 23-24, 2012. MAME Awards ~ acknowledge distinction in the home building industry. Ranging from product design to each element of marketing, these awards recognize the quality workmanship demonstrated in the Charlotte region during 2011.
Sales Achievement Awards ~ recognize sales performance from volumes beginning at $100,000.
