DUES DEDUCTIBILITY STATEMENT:
Dues paid to the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte (HBAGC) are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. They may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of Association lobbying activities.
The HBAGC estimates the deductible portion of your 2023 Builder or Associate Member dues is $460.75.
For 2023 Affiliate Member dues the estimated portion is $23.75.
ATTENTION BUILDER MEMBERS:
Builder Member dues are based on the annual membership fee of $550 plus fees for each building permit issued to your company in Cabarrus, Gaston, and Mecklenburg Counties. Permit fees are billed quarterly. See fee schedule below.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES & FEES:
Dues are non-refundable and cannot be prorated with early cancellation.
Builder Members - $550
Must hold an active NCGC License and include residential or commercial builders, remodelers, custom builders, and land developers.
Associate Members - $550
All other professionals that aid in the building industry including subcontractors, interior designers, architects, mortgage bankers, suppliers, landscapers, painters, engineers, and more.
Affiliate Members - $30
Are an additional employee from companies with an active Builder or Associate Membership.
