Affiliates remain members as long as annual dues are paid and the parent company stays a current member
Annual dues are $100.00 -- these dues are divided and a portion goes to NAHB and NCHBA
Affiliate membership is neither transferable nor transportable (another person cannot “fill in” your membership, and you cannot continue your membership if you go to another company)
