- Affiliate members receive the same benefits as the full member by becoming members in HBAC, NCHBA and NAHB
- Affiliates remain members as long as annual dues are paid and the parent company stays a current member
- Annual dues are $35.00 -- these dues are divided and a portion goes to NAHB and NCHBA
- Affiliate membership is neither transferable nor transportable (another person cannot “fill in” your membership, and you cannot continue your membership if you go to another company)
