The mission of the Women's Council is to represent the home building
industry and support the HBAC in the fulfillment of goals and activities;
to continue with programs and projects that promote the industry;
to serve as a source of information for the education and professional
development of women by offering networking opportunities in the
home building industry; and to continue growth and greater participation
by members of the Women’s Council.
(Note: The Women’s Council is a separate chartered organization
from the HBAC. The Council has separate bylaws and elects their
own officers and Board of Directors. The Women’s Council President,
in accordance with HBAC bylaws, serves as a voting member of the
HBAC Board of Directors.)
Membership in this council is open to all current HBAC members.
Applications are available online and in the HBAC office. Annual
dues are $65 per person.
The Women’s Council holds luncheon meetings on the third
Wednesday of every month at Villa Antonia – South Blvd.
