Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes tour is one of HBA of Greater Charlotte's signature events. We take pride in organizing a tour of homes for some of the finest builders in the region to showcase fully decorated models, new homes, and communities.

Supporting the builder is a key purpose of this organization. We understand the challenges many builders currently face with housing inventory, as well as labor and material shortages. With this in mind, we have made the decision to not hold a Parade of Homes in 2022. Maintaining the quality our builders and the community expect from the Parade of Homes is a priority consideration.
