The Land Development Council represents the HBAC in all matters
concerning land development by communicating issues to the membership,
determining responses through committees, and working with regulatory
agencies to establish standards, ordinances, policies, and procedures
that promote the goals of the HBAC, the NCHBA and NAHB.
There is no application or fee to join this council, and membership
is open to employees of all current members of the HBAC. Please
contact the HBAC office to have your name added
to the council roster and meeting reminder list.
The council usually meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at
11:00am in the HBAC Meeting Room.
