The mission of the Home Builders Care Council is to recognize and
promote HBAC members involved in charitable and community projects.
The council has contributed materials, labor, support and resources
to numerous projects in the Mecklenburg County area. Organizations
that have received donations and assistance from the HBAC and Care
Council include The Uptown Men’s Shelter, The Florence Crittenden
Center, The Levine Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity,
and The America Cancer Society.
Organizations interested in seeking assistance from the Home Builders
Care Council should fill out the Charitable/Community Activity Request
Form and return it to the HBAC office.
There is no application or fee to join this council, and membership
is open to all current members of the HBAC. Please contact the HBAC office to have your name added to the council roster
and meeting reminder list.
The council meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:30am
in the HBAC Meeting Room.
