 The HBAC Urban Builders Council was officially formed in Spring 2006. The purpose of the council is to represent condominium and townhome builders, engineers, architects, sales and marketing professionals, and allied associates in order to serve as the voice of the housing industry in the downtown area by providing education, communication and networking opportunities to its members, government and the community at-large.
Membership in the council is open to all HBAC members, and are administered on an individual basis. Applications are available online and in the HBAC office. Annual dues are $75 per person.
The Urban Builders Council holds quarterly meetings, offering educational and interactive panel discussions on specific topics with leaders in the industry.
